THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.887 OF 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 21.02.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.39084 of 2017. By the said order, the UCO Bank, the respondent therein, was directed to refund certain amounts to the writ petitioner. Sri P.Sri Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 19.04.2018 to the Registry stating that the amounts directed to be paid have already been remitted by the bank.

In that view of the matter, the contempt case is closed. I.A.No.1 of 2018 pending in this contempt case shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
