Heard Sri A.K. Kishore Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. This civil revision petition is filed against the inaction of the Rent Controller cum Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari district in disposing of I.A.No.712 of 2015 in R.C.C.No.6 of 2014.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A.Nos.712 and 713 of 2015 in R.C.C.No.6 of 2014 prior to taking any steps in the execution petition. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs. ___________________ R.KANTHA RAO, J.
