THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.No.12760 of 2019

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th and 5th respondents in calling the petitioner to the police station to settle the civil dispute at the instance of the 6th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

2.

At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 5 has produced a copy of the written instructions stating that the allegation of the petitioner that the official respondents are interfering with the civil dispute is false and that based on the complaint of the 6th respondent on 16.03.2019, a case in Cr.No.34 of 2019 on the file of Lingala Ghanapur Police Station was registered for the offences under Sections 447, 427, 506 read with Section 34 IPC against the petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, and others. He submits that only for the purpose of investigation, the 5th respondent called the petitioner to the police station.

3.

In view of the aforesaid written instructions, it would be appropriate to direct the official respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute, if any, between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
