HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.10490 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.N.Aswartha Narayana for petitioner and Mr.G.Seshadri for 5th respondent.

The petitioner challenges proceedings dated 02.02.2018 terminating the services of petitioner as Senior Mate. The proceeding impugned in the writ petition is appealable before the District Collector-3rd respondent. On 26.02.2018, the petitioner has already represented to 3rd respondent on the proceedings dated 02.02.2018. The writ petition is disposed of with consent by this order. The representation filed on 26.02.2018 is directed to be treated as appeal filed by petitioner against proceedings dated 12.02.2018.

The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation, if further advised, by raising additional grounds and by enclosing a copy of this order within one week from today.

The 3rd respondent considers passing of orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of re-submission.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
