HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.17355 OF 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to step up the salary of the petitioners on par with their juniors. It is noticed that the petitioners have retired from service. Apart from that, the petitioners have filed this writ petition belatedly after five years. Therefore, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay and laches.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
