The writ petition is of the year 1999 and at the request of learned counsel for petitioner, time was granted on more than one occasion. Today when the matter is called, there is no representation much less accommodation is sought for.

The writ petition is dismissed for default. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
