This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against the petitioners/ accused in C.C.No.240 of 2010 on the file of IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur, arising out of Crime No.24 of 2010 on the file of Kothapet Law and Order Police Station, for the offences punishable under Section 420, 406 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties have entered into a compromise amicably outside the Court and no further orders are required to be passed herein.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel, no further orders need be passed in the matter.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
