ORDER
Challenging inaction of respondents 3 and 4 in taking action against A1 to A5 on the complaint dated 6.12.2016 given by the petitioner to the 4th respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, Cr.No.28 of 2017 was registered, but not under proper sections.
In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit a representation to the Commissioner of Police, Warangal with regard to the alleged inaction of the 4th respondent in not registering the complaint under proper sections. As and when such representation is received from the petitioner, the Commissioner of Police shall take necessary action, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
