HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3885 of 2008 ORDER:

This revision is filed against order dated 11.08.2008 in I.A.No.1603 of 2008 in I.A.No.11175 of 2008 in O.S.No.545 of 2008 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy.

2. This Court ordered notice before admission in the revision on 09.09.2008 and no stay is granted. Advocate for respondents submitted that the suit itself is disposed of and no cause survives in the revision. On the last occasion, when the matter has come up on 23.03.2016, advocate for revision petitioners took time to get instructions and to verify the pendency of the case. Today when the matter is taken up, neither advocate for revision petitioners present nor any representation is made. As advocate for respondents stated that the suit is already disposed of, I am of the view that revision petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case.

3. Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
