28-02-2022 LK, J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This Court, by order dated 15-02-2022, has relaxed condition No.(iii) for a period of 10 days by directing petitioners to appear before the Station House Officer, Bhainsa I Town Police Station on every Friday between 09.00 am and 05.00 pm., for a period of 10 days and directed that the matter be listed on 28.02.2022. It is also observed that in the meantime, if any untoward incident happens and if any law and order problem arises, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor shall bring to the notice of this Court.

Today, when the matter came up, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that no such untoward incident has taken place and the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

In view of the said submission, the I.A., is ordered by altering condition No.(iii) and the petitioners are directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Bhainsa I Town Police Station on every Friday between 09.00 am and 5.00 pm., until further orders.

If the petitioners fail to comply with the conditions, the prosecution is at liberty to move an appropriate application seeking cancellation of bail.
