WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated: 05-06-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Mir Masood Khan, Advocate for the petitioner, made the following ORDER:
""In spite of granting sufficient time, so far order is not complied with. This time some technical objections are stated regarding payment of amounts admittedly due and payable to the petitioner as per the directions of this Court.
Hence, admit the contempt case. Issue Form-I notice. However, if amounts payable to the petitioner are paid and settled before the next date of hearing, the respondents need not to appear before this Court". To

You shall attend High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad in person on 2711-2015 at 10. 30 a.m and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned and until final orders are passed on the charge against you.
