HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 18891 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner is the owner of the auto rickshaw bearing registration No. AP 20 TB 2081. When the said vehicle was transporting the rice from Damsalapuram to Kodad town of Nalgonda district, the third respondlent intercepted the said vehicle and seized the said vehicle along with stock on the ground that said vehicle is transporting rice meant for Public Distribution System. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking release of the said vehicle.

The learned Government Pleader submits that 6-A proceedings are pending before the second respondent. In the circumstances, the second respondent is

directed to release the auto rickshaw bearing registration No. AP 20 TB 2081 on condition of the petitioner furnishing bank guarantee for a sum of Rs.50,000/- within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a coy of this order. It is made clear that the second petitioner shall not alienate the said vehicle till the completion of the 6-A proceedings and the same shall be produced in the 6-A proceedings as and when directed by the second respondent.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
