In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seek to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.29 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Metpally, Karimnagar District, arising out of the offence under Section 354 IPC. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 18.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Metpalli Police Station, Karimnagar District, and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 14.11.2013.

No representation for learned counsel for petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
