ORDER:

Complaining of proposal of respondent Nos.2 and 3 to lay a road over Acs.7.08 cents of land in Survey No.13 (Old Survey No.42D), Ward No.39 of Madhavadara Village and Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, the petitioners filed this Writ Petition. Mr. S.Lakshmi Narayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, on instructions, submitted that a road was already laid on the western side of the above-mentioned land situated in Survey No.13 (Old Survey No.42-D) and that there is no proposal to lay a road over the above-mentioned land claimed by the petitioners.

In the light of the above submissions of the learned Standing Counsel, which are placed on record, no further adjudication of the Writ Petition is necessary and accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.20147 and 22955 of 2015 are disposed of as infructuous.
