HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS SECOND APPEAL No. 1074 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

It is represented by learned counsel for both sides that this appeal was referred to the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State o f Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad constituted under Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and an award has been passed with the consent of the parties and this Second Appeal may be disposed of in terms of the said award.

In view of the above submission, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dt. 12.3.2016 passed by the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad . There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
