Smt. A.Gayathri Reedy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that she has been instructed to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioner's case for remission would be considered in terms of G.O.Ms.No.163, dated 18.11.2015.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
