Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Respondents and perused the material on record. 2.

The appeal preferred by the petitioners under Section 5-B of Telangana State Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 was allowed by the 2nd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer by order dated 22.12.2015, canceling the pattadar passbook and title deed issued to the respondent therein and the Tahsildar was directed to take necessary steps for rectification of revenue records and also ordered seizure of the pattadar passbook and title deed issued to the respondent therein. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents in complying with the said directions, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Pleader produced proceedings issued by the Tahsildar, Dharmaram mandal dated 29.6.2019 stating that the orders passed by the 2nd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer dated 22.12.2015 were implemented.

In view of the same, by taking on record the proceedings No.B/1424/2019 dated 29.6.2019 issued by the Tahsildar, Dharmaram, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
