21.04.2026 I.A.No.1 OF 2026 In Crl.P.Nos.5586 and 5620 of 2026 These applications are filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.6 (i) of the common order dated 17.04.2026 passed in Crl.P.Nos.5586 and 5620 of 2026 which reads as under:

" i. The petitioners shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/-, each (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the I Additional District and Session Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in jail and are out of earnings, as such, the petitioners cannot afford excessive surety amount, therefore, he prayed the Court to relax the said condition. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.P.Nos.5586 and 5620 of 2026 dated 17.04.2026, is hereby relaxed and the petitioners are directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only), each, with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional District and Session Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
