THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9210 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner for quashing the proceedings in crime No.659 of 2012 on the file of Saroornagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. It is vehemently contended by Smt. S.V.Indira, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner is no way connected with the land in question and that he was implicated unnecessarily and unjustly by putting up a false case against him. Whereas, the learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the after thorough investigation, police have filed a charge sheet on 11.10.2013, which was taken on file as C.C.No.419 of 2014 by the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and the Court has also posted the matter to 01.06.2015 for trial. In that view of the matter, preserving liberty for the petitioner to pursue appropriate legal remedy, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
