THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION NO.285 OF 2017 ORDER:

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw O.S.No.720 of 2014 pending on the file of the VII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court) District Court Complex, Visakhapatnam District and O.S.Nos.1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 of 2014 pending on the file of VI Senior Civil Judge Court, Visakhapatnam, and transfer the same to any Court at Vijayawada or Hyderabad.

During hearing, petitioner - party-in-person, without touching the merits of the case, requested this Court to withdraw O.S.Nos.1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 of 2014 pending on the file of VI Senior Civil Judge Court, Visakhapatnam, and transfer the same to VII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court) District Court Complex, Visakhapatnam and made an endorsement on the file to that effect.

Sri K.Sarva Bhouma Rao, learned counsel for the respondents, submitted no objection to withdraw O.S.Nos.1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 of 2014 pending on the file of VI Senior Civil Judge Court, Visakhapatnam, and transfer the same to VII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court) District Court Complex, Visakhapatnam.

In view of the no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, O.S.Nos.1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 of 2014 are withdrawn from the file of VI Senior Civil Judge Court,

MSM,J Tr.CMP_285_2017 Visakhapatnam, and transferred the same to the file of VII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court) District Court Complex, Visakhapatnam, where O.S.No.720 of 2014 is pending. In the result, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
