The petitioner in this writ petition is seeking regularization of his service on completion of 240 days of continuous service. When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for both the parties have agreed that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by orders of this Court in W.P.No.13333 of 2003, dated 19.11.2018.

In view of the submission made by both the Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the orders in W.P.No.13333 of 2003, dated 19.11.2008. No order as to costs.
