ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioner/A2 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.1425 of 2013 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Miryalaguda, registered for the offences under Sections 409, 420, 468 and 471 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner/A2.

The submission of the learned counsel for petitioner is that C.C.No.1425 of 2013 is an old matter of the year 2013 and hence, a direction may be given to the concerned Court to dispose of the case at the earliest.

In view of the above submission and in view of the fact that C.C. is of the year 2013, the trial Court is directed to dispose of C.C.No.1425 of 2013 on merits, expeditiously, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
