HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI CCCA MP No.512 of 2017 & CCCA No.17 of 2013 JUDGMENT (oral): (per Suresh Kumar Kait , J) CCCA MP No.512 of 2017: Vide present petition, the petitioners seek a direction, thereby to record memorandum of compromise dated nil/ 08/ 2017 entered between the petitioners and 1st respondent and to dispose of the appeal in terms of the compromise.

2. The petitioners 2 to 7 and 1st respondent are personally present in the court with their respective counsel and they do not dispute about the compromise taken place between them.

3. In terms of the compromise, learned counsel for the 1st respondent has handed over the Banker's Cheque bearing No.927927 dated 14.09.2017 drawn on State Bank of India, Isamia Bazar, Hyderabad for Rs.2,00,000/ - (Rupees two lakh only) in favour of 2nd appellant. Both parties have agreed to remain bound by the terms of the compromise.

4. In view of the compromise taken place between the parties, CCCA MP No.512 of 2017 is allowed. Consequently, CCCA No.17 of 2013 is disposed of in terms of memorandum of compromise, which is part of the record. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this appeal, shall stand closed.
