HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.LAXMAN CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.192 of 2009 ORDER:

Sri P.Anil Mukharji, Special Advocate for A.P. State Financial Corporation submitted that the loan account is closed and nothing survives in the Appeal. He also filed application to dispense with the personal appearance of Managing Director of A.P. State Financial Corporation.

It is stated that the case is relating to Andhra Pradesh Division. Though suits are filed in Telangana Division, they are dealt with by engaging the advocates on case wise basis. 3.

The Managing Director of A.P.State Financial Corporation is directed to list out the cases of Andhra Pradesh Division, which are pending before the Telangana High Court, on account of the suits are being instituted within the jurisdiction of Telangana High Court and to submit the list of such pending cases and names of allotted Advocates, so far as to avoid delay in dispose of the cases.

With the above direction, the personal appearance of the Managing Director, A.P.

State Financial Corporation is dispensed with. However, if the direction is not complied with,

- 2 - he is accountable for appearance and the direction shall be complied within a month. If he has not complied with as directed by this Court, the Court will view seriously since inconvenience is caused whenever other cases are of similar nature are listed.

With the above directions and recording the statement of the counsel for the Appellant, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
