Devalla Sridhar Reddy v. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.8284 & 9166 of 2012 COMMON ORDER:
These two cases are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of similar cause of action. These two writ petitions are filed challenging the proceedings of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, dated 12.03.2012, directing the petitioners to close the nonresidential activity, as it was alleged that the residential flat is being used as a Guest House without permission from the Commissioner. The Flat is situated in the premises bearing No.7-2-1782, Czech Colony, Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad. When these writ petitions are taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on the basis of instructions, submits that the residential flat is not being used as a Guest House and it was closed long back. In view of the said submission of learned counsel for the respondents, no further orders are required in these writ petitions. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are closed by recording the submission of learned counsel for the respondents. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
