HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.12380 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.34793 of 2013, dated 20.11.2015, and submits that this Writ Petition may also be disposed of in similar lines. 2.

Para-7 of the aforesaid order, which is relevant, reads as under:

"The Writ petition is accordingly allowed; the impugned order dt.23.10.2013 passed by the 2nd respondent is set aside; and the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the applications of the petitioners for admission in to the 3rd respondent Society strictly in accordance with G.O. Ms. No.74 Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (F.II) Department, dated 21.10.2011 without reference to the castes to which the petitioners belong. This exercise shall be completed within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. ....."

In view of the above, following the decision of this Court in W.P.No.34793 of 2013, dated 20.11.2015, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. Office to annex a copy of the said order. No order as to costs. 4.
