ORDER:- At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 30.06.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.21908 of 2011, the 2nd respondent registered the document of conveyance presented by the petitioner and hence no further orders need be passed in the writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall also stand closed.
