THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CC.No.596 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner has filed this Contempt Case alleging disobedience of the order dt.23.12.2015 passed in WPMP.No.53952 of 2015 in WP.No.41824 of 2015.

2. The said order directed the respondents to permit the petitioner to write the Final Year B.D.S. examination scheduled from 05.01.2016 onwards by accepting examination fee tendered by petitioner.

3.

Admittedly, the petitioner was also to appear for the said examination and an Hall-Ticket had also been issued to her to enter the examination hall to write the examination.

4. The counsel for petitioner now contends that the result of the said examination has not been declared since the order passed by this Court on 23.12.2015 made no mention about the declaration of result.

5. The only course available to petitioner is to file a miscellaneous application in the WP.No.41824 of 2015 seeking such a relief and to obtain such a relief. Such relief cannot be granted in this Contempt Case. Therefore, the Contempt Case is mis-conceived and it is

accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

6. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an appropriate application in the above W.P. seeking relief of declaration of her result.

7.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed. __________________________________ JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Date: 17-06-2016 Ndr/*
