(Per Sanjay Kumar, J) This Contempt Case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 10.09.2018 passed by a Division Bench of the common High Court for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W.P.No.29190 of 2018. However, we find from the operative portion of the said order that only liberty was granted to the petitioner to approach the Government and seek appropriate reliefs. No direction as such was issued whereby any allegation could be levelled to the effect that there was disobedience thereto. In that view of the matter, we find no cause to entertain this Contempt Case. The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed. ----------------------- SANJAY KUMAR, J.
