Sri K. Suresh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the lis in the subject O.P was settled outside the Court by way of compromise. Therefore, the cause in the present transfer CMP does not survive for adjudication.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel, the transfer CMP is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present petition, stand closed.
