HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.13657 of 2011 ORDER:

It is represented by both Sri Ghanta Rama Rao, Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Learned Counsel for the respondent, that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is covered by the common order of a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.12314 of 2009 and batch dated 02.01.2013, wherein the respondent-Municipal Corporations were directed to consider the applications, submitted by the Telecom Companies, without taking into consideration Condition Nos.1 and 4 of G.O.Ms.No.183 dated 27.02.2008.

Following the said common order of the Division Bench, and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner, in terms of the directions issued in W.P.No.12314 of 2009 and batch dated 02.01.2013, pass appropriate orders, communicate the same to the petitioner, and thereafter, if need be, take further action in accordance with law.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________________ RAMESH RANGANATHAN, ACJ.
