THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION Nos.15688 and 15746 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

It is submitted by both learned counsel that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.39888 of 2015, dated 09.12.2015.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed of following the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No. 39888 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015 with a direction to 2nd respondent to consider for release of the seized vehicles. Since the petitioners have already submitted their respective applications to 2nd respondent, he is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 08.01.2015 as amended by G.O.Ms.No. 5, Industries & Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 19.02.2015 for release of the seized vehicles within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
