This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.4 seeking to quash the proceedings against her in Crime No.54 of 2017 of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 I.P.C.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 18.10.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar, and C.C. number is awaited.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
