2019-06-27A.Rajasheker Reddy2 pages

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12985 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in calling the petitioner regularly to the police station basing on the false complaint of the 4th respondent. 2.

Heard both sides.

3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that basing on the complaint of the 4th respondent, a petty case has been registered against the petitioner. Though the petitioner paid the fine amount, the respondent police are calling him regularly to the police station. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the 4th respondent, the respondent police called the petitioner to the police station to conduct counselling, since it is a matrimonial dispute. He further submits that the petitioner and the 4th respondent informed that they will settle the issue in the Court and gave a letter in writing to that effect. The allegation that the respondent police are interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioner was also denied. 5.

Recording the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs. __________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 27th June 2019 mar
