Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader.

The learned counsel for petitioner, after making submissions on a few points considering the other options in the matter, requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the effective remedies in law against all the causes of action, available against respondents 4 and 5.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
