According to the petitioners, they have succeeded to land to an extent of Ac.18.00 guntas in R.S.No.304 & 309 of Pendyala Village, Maheswaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. After the demise of their father, the 2nd petitioner applied in Form-VI-A to mutate the names of petitioners in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds. The said application was received in Mee-seva centre on 30.03.2017. But so far no order communicating mutation of their names is furnished. Hence, this writ petition.

It is seen from the material on record that 2nd petitioner claimed to have submitted application for mutation. If that is so, and if such application is pending, the Tahsildar, Maheswaram Ranga Reddy District, shall dispose of the application, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
