considering he application of petitioners for grant of additional intake for D.El.Ed course in the rd petitioner institution as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to pass orders on the petitioners application by issuing Noc and with a consequential direction to the respondents 4 and 5 to forthwith grant additional intake of seats in D.E1.Ed course in favour of the 2nd petitioner institution.
