HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.856 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.10282 of 2016 in W.P.No.8098 of 2016 dated 11.03.2016.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. On 27.01.2023 also, there is no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. The present Contempt Case is filed in the year 2016 and it is not admitted so far. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh application, if the contempt still survives.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
