HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE G.SHYAM PRASAD CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2129 of 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the order dated 17.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.195 of 2015 in O.S.No.189 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Vizianagaram.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the material on record. I do not see any valid grounds to admit this Civil Revision Petition. The order passed by the Court below holds good. On the request of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the trial Court is directed to give appropriate directions to the Commissioner to take all the care for recording evidence in the house of the petitioner as per its directions. If any grievance is there, let necessary care be taken by the Court below.

With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
