THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.261 OF 2016 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of C.P.C. challenging the order dated 21.12.2015 in I.A.No.2405 of 2014 in O.S.No.1030 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both parties submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. They further submitted that status quo may be maintained till disposal of the suit. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by the learned counsel for both parties, the learned II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.1030 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both parties are directed to maintain status quo as on today. However, passing of this order does not preclude the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

With the above directions, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal shall stand closed. __________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J Date: 18.04.2017 Ivd
