Sri Bajrang Singh Tagore, learned counsel appearing for the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, informs this Court that the parties have already settled the matter outside the Court and hence, the Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
