CVNR,J & GSP, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to order dated 08.02.2017 passed in FA.I.A.No.23 of 2017 in F.A.SR.No.57 of 2017 by the 1st respondent and set aside the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to entertain the main appeal and stay all further proceedings including execution of the order dated 05.10.2016 passed in C.C.No.372 of 2015 on the file of District Consumer Forum, Karimnagar."

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise for the State of Telangana, submitted that as the dispute between the petitioners on the one side and respondent No.2 on the other side, has been settled out of court, the cause therein does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, I.A.No.1 of 2017 (W.P.M.P.No.24051 of 2017) and I.A.No.2 (W.P.M.P.No.24052 of 2017) are dismissed as infructuous.
