O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that they have filed revision before the 2nd respondent under Section 9 of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 on 11.11.2014 along with stay petition against the order dated 24.10.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent. But as on today, the same has not been disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the revision filed by the petitioners on 11.11.2014 along with the stay petition is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
