ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not granting/renewing the food grain license in favour of the petitioner, who is proprietor of M/s.Shanmukha Traders, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Mr.K.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 07.01.2009 in W.P.M.P.No.78 of 2009 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.78 of 2009 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
