THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION NO.16269 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard Sri S.Surender Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare.

The petitioner, aggrieved by the order dated 02.04.2016, has filed an appeal on 03.05.2016. During the pendency of the appeal, the petitioner is anticipating execution of the order dated 02.04.2016 and eviction of petitioner from the subject matter of the Writ Petition. I have perused the order dated 02.04.2016 and noted the fact that the copy of the order was made available to the petitioner on 30.04.2016. Before the petitioner exhausting the available statutory remedies, I am of the view if the petitioner is dispossessed, he would suffer irreparable loss and hardship. The proceeding dated 02.04.2016 is suspended for a period of eight (8) weeks from today and the petitioner is given liberty to move the appellate authority for passing appropriate orders on the pending stay application. The Writ Petition is ordered as indicated above. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
