ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of mandamus to set aside order dated 17-04-2002 in O.A.No. 9728 of 2001 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad.

2. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, as the petitioners crossed the age of 65 years which is the age of superannuation for a Village Administrative Officer, the cause in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 53 of 2003 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
