CVNR, J & MGR, J Dated:07.06.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Prohibition declaring the procedure adopted by the Hon'ble District Consumer Forum, Ranga Reddy in receiving, numbering and taking cognizance of EA.No.31 of 2017 in CC.No.303 of 2014 filed by Respondents 2 to 7 as lacking in jurisdiction, as contrary to the provisions of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and opposed to the judgment of this Hon'ble Court rendered in Maytas Properties Limited re by its authorized Signatory C.Nagaiah & Another Vs AP.

State Consumer Redressal Commission and others reported in AIR 2013 A P Page No 93 apart from being unconstitutional and restrain the 1st respondent herein from proceeding with EA.No.31 of 2017 in CC.No.303 of 2014 until the petitioners' appeal before the Hon'ble Telangana State Consumer Commission FA.No.247 of 2016 is considered and adjudicated upon in accordance with law."

At the hearing, Mr. P.Rama Rao, learned counsel representing Mr. K.Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

CVNR, J & MGR, J Dated:07.06.2018 As a sequel, interim order, dated 31.8.2017, in WPMP.No.36477 of 2017 is vacated and WPMP.No.36477 of 2017 is also dismissed as infructuous.
