No representation for the petitioner/accused No.1. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on committal of PRC.No.9 of 2015 by the XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, it was assigned S.C.No.12 of 2017 and the same is pending on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, and, therefore, the matter becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
