THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTI CE ANI S I .T.T.A.No.623 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) I.T.T.A.No.513 of 2014 in relation to the same issue and pertaining to the very same assessee was dismissed by this Court by judgment dated 05.08.2014. The said judgment is placed on record. Sri J.V. Prasad, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Revenue, fairly concedes that the reasoning adopted by this Court while dismissing the aforestated appeal would apply to the present appeal also. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
