HCJ & Dr.SA, J W.A.No.544 of 2019 Dt: 17.07.2019 Judgment: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) Mr. P. Srinivasulu, the appellant, has challenged the legality of the order dated 10.06.2019, passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.11155 of 2019, whereby the learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition filed by the appellant challenging his transfer order dated 04.04.2019. By the said transfer order, the appellant was transferred from Hyderabad to Jammu & Kashmir. However, Mr.K. Lakshman, the learned Assistant Solicitor General, submits that recently, by order dated 15.07.2019, the appellant has been transferred to Jharkhand.

Therefore, the writ appeal has become infructuous and the same is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
